About

Jackson Price is a Los Angeles-based drummer with two decades of experience across all genres.

He spent his teenage years playing jazz, rock, and classical at the Colburn School of Performing Arts and Interlochen Center for the Arts. While earning his Comparative Literature degree at the University of Pennsylvania, he also studied music with local funk legends in Philadelphia, became the most sought-after drummer and theater percussionist on campus, and was hired for one very bizarre wedding gig.

Jackson then played in New York’s pop, singer-songwriter, and hip hop scenes. He now lives in his hometown Los Angeles, where he gigs locally and records remotely for artists and film composers around the world.

Jackson has performed and recorded with many artists - some you’ve probably heard of, and some you haven’t (yet).

He also occasionally does standup comedy. He’s not very good at it. He should stick to drums.
